Considering the major employment laws we have discussed in the United States, do you believe these laws offer sufficient protection for all U.S. workers? Why or why not? Additionally, typically what races/ethnicities other than Caucasians (Whites) are considered to be minority or protected groups under U.S. employment law. Are there jobs were one might expect a different racial/ethnic group to be hired more often than Caucasians? In these, cases would you recommend that organization create an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) for Caucasians? Why or why not?
