Constitutional law is a very interesting topic. So here we are. We are currently in a period of time in our government where the President is under investigation for obstruction of justice in finding out information about collusion with Russia. There is a special counsel whose task it is to investigate these claims. The President is the chief executive of the Unites States, whose role it is to execute the laws. When the President states that "people from the following countries are not allowed to visit the United States, and all of these countries are Muslim countries, federal judges then work feverishly to block this "Muslim ban" as being unconstitutional. Can the President make this type of ban on immigration through executive order assuming that Congress has given him the power to accomplish this? 2.
