Construct a classification model based on the Patient Registration Dataset using Principal Component Analysis and other non supervise training methods such as SVM or K-mean clustering. Evaluate the results obtained from the algorithms by determining the internal and external validation of the cluster. Based on the result, you should aim to propose a job distribution to the clinics to improve the overall quality of service that they want to give to the patient in the future service. Please use MATLAB software for the programming code platform.
