Tell me how a well-meaning but poorly-informed employee could make a bad decision for each of these areas on behalf of Frito-Lay. For example, Quality is the second area. Currently, Frito-Lay does random quality checks on its potatoes before making potato chips. One "Parade of Horribles" could be to decide to suspend quality checks to try to save money (can you see the downside here?). I know you will come up with some good ones.
