1. Consumer C3 receives an unsolicited phone call from business B3. B3 explains to C3 that she will make significant savings on her phone bill if she terminates her contract with phone company P and opts for a contract with phone company B3. C3 is impressed and immediately agrees to a contract with B3. She also requests that the new contract with B3 should start immediately and that, from the very same day, she wants to phone with B3. At the same time, she authorises B3 to terminate the contract with P on her behalf. After she has received the first bill, one month later, she regrets her decision. Explain under EU Consumer Law
