Contemporary Issues Presentation and Research Paper Contemporary Issues Research Paper is intended for you to look at an issue or issues related to a contemporary topic that impacts the Chicana/o Communities of your choice. You will explore historical, political, social, and economic topics that affect Chicana/os and/or Latinos, to gain a greater understanding of the contemporary issue. You will research an area of interest. You will conduct research through the following methods: leverage web-based resources, books, periodicals, journals, and other media to collect, organize, and analyze data.
