Contract Contents - Written Terms with exemption clause Stanley (an IT student at Monash College) approached Jack, an experienced computer technician at Monash Electricals Pry Lid in Melbourne to repair and upgrade his laptop. Jack said he will be able to repair his laptop but before he can begin Stanley needs to sign two documents: the contract for repair services and the receipt. Assuming the exemption clause is part of the contract, would the wording protect the seller if sued for breach of contract? 4. Assuming the exemption clause does not protect the seller, what remedy can Standley claim
