Control the ball sorter mechanism using Statement List

OBJECTIVE:

To practice the operation & processing in STL

To develop the logic in STL

To simulate the logic

To download the program in PLC and check the results in real time

TASK:

In this application the system is to sort out the black and white balls into two different containers.

The Start Button will start the operation, Ball sensor $($S$1)$ will sense the presence of the ball in the hopper. The top cylinder will release the ball for the color sensor $($S$2)$ for differentiate the color before being release into the container. Third cylinder is using for the selection of balls.
