Construct an E$-$R diagram

A registration office manages driving tests and issues driver's licenses. Any person who wants a driver's license must have a unique SSN and a registered address. $\backslash (\backslash$mathrm$\{$He$\}/\backslash )$ she should pass a knowledge test at any branch in his$/$her city. An office has an address $($street number, city $\backslash$& postal code$),$ a phone number and unique id$.$ If the person passed the knowledge test, then a learner's license with a unique license number is issued. The person may take his$/$her road test at any office any time before the learner's license expiry date. If he$/$she passes the road test, the office issues him$/$her a driver's license. Driver license can have different restrictions $\backslash$& classes that are not included in the learner license.
