1. Geography/Climate:

The Pacific Ocean's southwest region is home to the island nation of New Zealand. It consists of numerous smaller islands in addition to the two main islands, the North Island and the South Island. Mountains, beaches, woods, and grasslands are just a few of the varied landscapes found throughout the nation. With some geographical variances, the climate is mostly temperate.

2. Major Trading partners:

Australia, China, the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom are among New Zealand's principal trading partners.

3. Primary Imports and Exports:

Dairy, meat, and timber products are among New Zealand's top exports. Additionally, the nation exports a sizable amount of seafood, fruits, and vegetables, as well as wine. Petroleum, automobiles, and machinery are among its primary imports.

4. Largest cities and the capital:

With a population of over 516,000, Wellington serves as New Zealand's capital. Auckland, which has a population of about 1.5 million, is the biggest city.

5. Main Industries/Employment Statistics: New Zealand's main industries include agriculture, tourism, and manufacturing. The country's economy is heavily dependent on international trade. Agriculture is a major employer in rural areas, while tourism and manufacturing are more prominent in urban areas.

6. Poverty Levels: As of 2021, New Zealand had an estimated poverty rate of around 10%. This varies regionally, with the highest poverty rate in urban areas, and the lowest poverty rate in rural areas.

7. Quality of Life: New Zealand consistently ranks highly in surveys of quality of life, often coming in among the top 15 in the world. These surveys take into account factors such as safety, healthcare, education, and environmental quality.

8. Culture / Nationalism:

New Zealand's culture is a blend of indigenous Maori culture and Western culture. The Maori culture is a rich and diverse part of New Zealand's identity, with traditional practices such as carving, weaving, and dance still playing an important role. English is the main language spoken, but many Maori also speak the Maori language. Christianity is the main religion, but there is a growing minority of irreligious people.

9. International Organizations they belong to: New Zealand is a member of many international organizations, including the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, the World Health Organization, and the Commonwealth of Nations.
