Using your knowledge of Operations Management concepts, strategies, and tools: i. ii. iii. Identify one organization within the service sector and indicate the changes that they have undergone in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Outline the quality management practices of the organization identifying any challenges therein. You are to propose a new product/service or redesign an existing product/service for this organization using the criteria for good product or service design and ensuring the end users of these product/services get the topmost quality.
