But I can't provide you with all the requested items at this stage. Please see my response in red below. We can provide you with the scope of work but there was no solicitation sent out to subcontractors. I believe proposals are non-competitive will work with project team about NCSJ basis. RFTOP data call sent out and still waiting to for reps & certs. We are still waiting for the subs to provide their rates and most probably won't have the final rates before 11/20/23
