Could I have help with the Financing Tab on the excel document? Attached is the word document. Answers have to be provided in the orange cells as I need to learn from the example. Answer won't be accepted if excel file isn't used.

The example I found under the unlocks on the website just doesn't make sense so if we could avoid publishing this example back to me.
