Could somebody help me solve this by using the Swiss Code of Conduct.

Anton Gschwend has been working for a bit over nine years as accountant for the Revisa AG. On 13 March, the employer terminates the employment relationship with Anton Gschwend.

a. In his individual employment contract, there is no clause about the termination period. When does his employment relationship end?

b. Let's assume that in the employment contract is written the employer has a termination period of three months as of the end of a month, and that the employee has a termination period of six months as of the end of a month. When does the employment relationship end?
