Could you help me with this to add more thoughts?

1) What do Maslows hierarchy of needs and McClellands Acquired Needs Theory have in common? Both of these are discussed in the lecture, but I dont explicitly say all of the things they have in common. You will need to think about it.

2) Think of a time when someone else tried to motivate you to do something. Ideally, this would be your supervisor or manager at work, but it could also be a teacher, parent, or coach.

1. Describe what they did to encourage you to do the thing they wanted you to do.
2. Did it work? Why or why not?
3. Which of the motivation theories from lectures ( equity theory, organizational justice, expectancy theory, reinforcement theory) in this class best describes this persons attempt to motivate you? How so?
