Brown knows that Wright has been keen to buy his car. On Monday he tells Wright that he has decided to sell at a price of 2 million. Wright say that he is very interested but would like to think about it. Brown says "I will assume that you want it, unless you tell me otherwise by Saturday."

On Friday, Wright meets Green who tells him that Brown hasjust agreed to sell the car to smith for 3 million. Wright who has a decided he wants the car, immediately puts a letter in the post accepting Brown's offer. Later that day, however, he has a change of mind and Calls Brown to ignore the letter. Brown tells him that his deal with Smith has fallen through that he is still keen to sell to Wright. Advise Brown and Wright
