Could you please put this statement in your own words?

Using the EQ Model as the formula we can factor in these 4 major issues. The first being Diana's self-awareness. We see that she has a high level of self-awareness. She knows what she wants to be a district manager. She has worked hard for this position. From the start this was her goal. She knew she was a strong contender for this position. She has a hold on her strengths and abilities and is a hard and strict worker. Secondly her Self-management: The tag of "ice maiden" is self-explanatory of her management style. She has performed well and can be seen by the results of her and the restaurant growth. She has pushed herself hard to reach at the next level. But she can't control the emotions as she left the room before the meeting finished. She was very disappointed which diminished her self-management. Thirdly her Social awareness: Diana lacked this emotion. She did not understand another's person's situation. She rarely paid attention to her staff. She just wanted her restaurant finances to be perfect and did not bother to think for her employees. She used them to reach her goals only. She ever had a talk with her employees which distanced her from other workers. Lastly her Relationship management:She also bad in this dimension too. High turn over tells the story between the staff and Diana. She fired her employees, when they tried a new service by shouting at them and crushing their new ideas. This was not open to new suggestions and wanted to run the restaurant as she wanted with no help. She hindered her staff to develop new capabilities.I believe the above being the reasoning behind Diana not being promoted. She has not only a restaurant to run but also has the responsibility to manage her employees. The overall effort that is required to be a district manager, which she lacks in many aspects, can attribute to the reason for her disappointment.
