Complaint 3 External Agency To whom it may concern, I am writing with respect to the building and pest inspection that you scheduled with our company yesterday. Our technician arrived to conduct the inspection only to be informed that the job had been cancelled and the service was no longer required. 'l'his is extremely unprofessional, and you wasted our company's time and money as we still have to pay the technician as he had attended the job. We have always performed ourjob for you to the best of ability, have always been on time and have attended to some jobs on short notice to assist your business. In return we would expect common courtesy of an email or a call to cancel the job if it is no longer required so we may book otherjobs. Yours Sincerely Greg from XP Building and Pest Services
