On 17 August 2015, John Dulala, leader of one of the opposition parties was picked up by three officers who identify themselves as officers from the Office of the President and acting on the instructions of the President. The relatives have made inquiries and have been told by the officer in charge that Mr. Dulala was being kept at some undisclosed location in Mansa, Zambia. He was being detained because he had shown no respect for the President. He did not stand still when the President's motorcade was on its way to the airport. Please advise the family and friends who want to know whether this was in order.
