Electronic Signatures: easy doesn't do it?

Many contracts are now formed without paper, via the internet or terminals such as ATMs. The 'signature' for such a contract might be a typed name, use of a personal ID number (PIN), a scan of a person's voice or retina, a signature with an electronic pen on a special tablet, or other means.

Please research, analyze and explain:

1. Do these types of 'signatures' satisfy the Statute of Frauds in Nevada?

2. Are these 'signatures' sufficient for for ALL areas of law?
