According to the Project Management Institute, a project is "... a temporary endeavour, undertaken to making a unique product, service, or result." What is the benefit of using good project management principles? Share an example of a project you were involved with that worked well because it followed good principles OR share an example of a project you were involved with that didn't work well because good project management principles weren't followed. What could have made it better?
