Executive Summary Frankford High School is one of the schools with the lowest ranking in Philadelphia, and its overall assessment is 507 out of 676 schools. The reading proficiency in the United States is below 20%, according to recent news reports. Do the students have access to any assistance with their reading skills? What are some ways in which the educators at Frankford High School can help the students improve their reading skill? For this project, we are helping students at Frankford High School with their reading by working with various tutors. The purpose of this activity is to assist the pupils in developing their reading abilities. I am aware that there are instances when teenagers can become discouraged with their studies because they do not have the help that they require. For this project, the Platform that we are utilizing is Google forms, which enables the students to sign up for tutoring and schedule their sessions online. After the students have registered, they will need to select a date and English as their subject to continue. After the student has done that, the instructor can get in touch with them via phone or email. Confirmation of the tutoring session will be given to both the student and the tutor. If a student is unable to attend tutoring, it is the student's responsibility to get in touch with the tutor or to reschedule using the platform as well. The student has the option of physically meeting the tutor or communicating with them online. If the student is unable to physically meet with the tutor, they can communicate with them through the online platforms Webex or Zoom. Because it will be essential to make use of these resources in the years to come, the students of Frankford will be given the opportunity to prepare for college entrance exams and SATs, which is the main goal of this project.

IG3 5 Project Purpose and Justification Business Need The market demand on acquiring better skills on English is growing. Schools and even parents want the best for their children and choose the best options to hone their children's' skills. The school also invest more on the capacity of their students as this will improve the quality education of their school as well as its reputation. Adopting an online tutoring session also means adopting to an innovative process that transcends beyond physical settings or classrooms. All these educational objectives affect greatly the economic aspect of a country as how a school performs is deeply tied as well to the statistical literacy of a country. The school must have a team composed of IT and computer literacy experts to make sure the programs and software needed are installed. The school needs to have a well-kept inventory and profiling of the pupils to be taught. A tutorial must be conducted first while implementing all the rules, regulations, and protocols planned. Scope Statement The scope of this project includes working with various tutors to help the students at Frankford High School improve their reading skills. This project does not include providing transportation to and from the tutoring sessions. Project Objectives and Success Criteria The objectives of this project are to help the students at Frankford High School improve their reading skills. The success criteria for this project include the students' reading proficiency increasing by at least 30%. Requirements The requirements for this project include working with various tutors to help the students at Frankford High School improve their reading skills. The project must still heed the school policies and regulations and must not be contrary to law, public morals, and public policy.

IG3 7 Constraints Expenses must not exceed the budget for every monthly tutorial session or project implementation. The salary of the tutors must be given at the proper time, and should it go beyond the deadline or intended date, penalties will be meted.
