Cover Letter

1 Find a job posting in accounting, you'd want to apply for.

2 Write a cover letter to the hiring manager explaining why you are the ideal candidate for the position.

a) If you're not the ideal candidate ( maybe you don't have ALL the skills or experience listed in the ad) you should try to convince them to consider you.

b) You should follow the basic principles of persuasive writing (AIDA )

C) format needs to be a business letter format (review document design, letter formatting, block paragraphs , etc.)
