Covid caused many hands-on trainings to be halted and they were forced to shift to zoom, hybrid, and if they are in person, they had strict rules and guidelines of the capacity and distancing rules (Bellotti, English, & Harrington. 2021). Covid-19 also gave people from all over the world the opportunity to connect with one another through training that is now highly interactive, technical, and engaging, saving business time and money (Ross. 2019). Both technology-based training and face to face training has its unique advantages and disadvantages.
