Sam wanted to break the goverment rules set for covid. *Sam wanted to not go out of business so kept is store open by having a drive up door service and uber eats *had a thermometer at the entrance of the door to take tempetures of people. *he had a sanatizer station but couldn't afford to refill it for a few days *he thought it was not principle to supply for customers hand sanatizers *sam had a mask sign posted but employees denied it cause they thought the goverment went far.
