• COVID-19 has greatly impacted employment law and liability in the past 20 months. More recently, the issue of vaccine mandates for certain categories of employers has received particular attention. Also based on the discussion we had in class on this issue, please analyze the impact on employment law of these mandates and the argument in favour and against their constitutionality. I know that many have strong feelings on this issue, one way or the other, but please make sure of providing exclusively a legal, not an ideological/moral analysis.
