Similarly, in managing the employer-employee relationship, there have been changes in compensation, rewards, and benefits practices just to ensure business continuity under such unforeseen circumstances.

As an HR Consultant and a Researcher, you were hired to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on formulating compensation policies in organizations.

1- Identify 2 organizations (in different sectors) that followed different practices and changed their compensation structures and systems. Explain what they have done Evaluate their decisions and state in your opinion whether these were good decisions or not. (Minimum of 700 words)
