28. During your routine periodic inspection your tenant instructs you NOT to take any photographs or videos as they state past domestic violence issues. They left that relationship and property prior to taking out any ADVO and this has not been mentioned before. However, your landlord expects to receive these as they have been part of all other inspections for this property and past tenants.
