Conduct a 10 to 15 minute teleconference roleplay based on the information below.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IN THE ROLEPLAY
The roleplay requires you to demonstrate your ability to represent the landlord in a QCAT hearing and present the landlords case to the QCAT Member.
In the roleplay, you will play the role of the property manager. You dont need a roleplay partner for this roleplay. this is a solo video recording

In your roleplay response, you MUST use the information given in the Scenario. Feel free to make up any other information you need to provide a meaningful and complete response to the questions below.
In this roleplay, remember that you are presenting at QCAT and the rules of etiquette apply. We recommend that you refer to Part [7.3] in your Learner Notes to refresh yourself on these rules before recording your roleplay.

Your application has been lodged with QCAT and you have been given your case number and a hearing date. The hearing date has arrived and you are required to present your case to the QCAT Member.

2. What evidence can you produce to support your claims?
3. Where does it say in the tenancy agreement that the tenant is required to keep the property clean?
4. The cleanliness of the property is a matter of opinion. Why do you claim that the property is not sufficiently cleaned?
5. Why was the matter not able to be resolved at the RTA conciliation?
6. On what grounds do you say that the tenant has been unwilling to cooperate?
7. What outcome is the landlord after? Please provide me with your desired outcome and an alternative outcome.
8. How can you be sure that the quotes you obtained are reasonable?
9. What orders would you like this Tribunal to make?
