Use a Pareto Histogram (this will have both a Pareto and a Histogram) to present the data from the patient satisfaction survey. Include a one paragraph analysis based on the Pareto Principle (~80% of the problem comes from ~20% of the particular causes) and in a paragraph of at least 15 sentences offer some general recommendations for improvement.
Post the Pareto Histogram and recommendations paragraph as an attachment to the CQI/TQM Case 3 Assignment site as an attachment following the instructions.
