Craig has finally decided upon an engine transplant for his 2011 Challenger SRT-8. The SRT-8s original engine was a 6.4-liter Hemi V8, rated at 470 horsepower and 470 ft lb. of torque. While considered a beast of a motor in its day, the competition in horsepower wars among muscle cars has escalated significantly in the past few years. For example Fords GT500 produces 760 horsepower and the new Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing makes whopping 668 horsepower. Craig no longer wants to fear the competition at the stoplights, so he has ordered a 2021 Hellephant engine directly from Mopar. This crate motor is an updated version of the Dodge Hellcat motor that has been bored out to displace 426 cubic engines in a tribute to the classic 426 hemi from the late 60s and early 70s muscle car era. In addition, the Hellephant motor uses an aluminum block, the valvetrain from the Dodge Challenger Demon, and a humongous supercharger. The end result is 1,000 horsepower and 950 lb-ft of torque. Not surprisingly, the upgrade is not going to be cheap! Craig will be ordering the Hellephant directly from Mopar at a cost of $33,799.92. Taxes will add another 7%. Craig will be borrowing the total amount from Indiana Members Credit Union. Because of the unique nature of the investment and the age of his car, Craig understands that he will be paying a substantially higher rate of interest than he would for a new car loan. The loan officer informs Craig that his monthly payment for the 60-month loan will be $775.35. What is the Annual Percentage rate (A.P.R.) on Craigs Hellephant loan? excel please
