I do not understand how to create the multi-tier application in Visual Basic. I have created the XML file and put it on my server. Please help me with creating the application in C#.

Read and parse the grades from the studentGrades.xml. Determine the lowest grade, the highest grade, and the average grade. Display these values to the screen in graphical user interface form not console output.
