Create a business case, individually or as a team of up to 4 students. You will need to FIND a suitable company and work with them in the identification of an operational business issue and continue working with them up to the creation of a business case with a workable recommendation toward the resolution of the business issue. The size of the company or nature of the business is not a concern, just try to find a willing company with operational issues needing your assistance.
You have several options to find a suitable company:
 Use your own or family business
 Talk to your employer/manager if you are working.
 Talk to friends if they own a business or know a business that may need assistance.
Your assignment has 5 deliverables:
 Week 5 February 10, 2023: 5% - Define the scope of the project, prepare a blueprint of infrastructure and activities, determine the current productivity and financial performance, impact of issues
 Week 9 March 17, 2023: 8% - Identify weaknesses, risks, control issues, and balance management structure. Revise/update your week 5 delivery if required.
 Week 12 April 07, 2023: 12% - Final report including Recommendations & Analysis. Propose improvements, justify the implementation of efficiency improvement and risk response, and cost/benefit analysis. Update/revise your week 5 and 9 deliveries if required.
