Create a complete project of your choice. The following are mandatory components that must be part of your project plan package:

1. Title Page containing the project title and names of all team members
2. Project Executive Summary (written narrative)
3. Project Scope (as per the project scope checklist)
4. Communication Plan (your choice as to how you want to present)
5. MS Project plan - manage the level of detail so you have between 20 and 50 detail tasks and at least 3 milestones.
6. List of Resources, people and equipment utilized.
7. A RACI matrix for the four most important people in your project.
8. What other Project Management Information System Tool would you use in addition to MS Project and why?
