Create a decision tree using the following information: Imagine that you are trying to decide whether or not you should where a mask to the grocery store. If you wear a mask then there is a 1% chance that you will get COVID-19. If you don't wear a mask there is a 3% chance. Wearing a mask sort of sucks so you automatically pay a cost for it. If you get COVID-19 and wear a mask your cost, in dollars, is $10,100. If you wear a mask and don't get COVID-19, your cost is $100. If you go all face naked and get COVID-19 then your cost is $10,000, but if you don't get it, then your naked face has no cost (i.e. $0). Keep in mind that costs are negative numbers and the goal is to have the lowest expected cost. Draw, by hand, and solve, by hand, the decision tree for this problem and indicate your best course of action.
