3. In the recent past we have seen the crimes of some pretty high-society (rich) individuals criminality come to light; specifically Robert Kraft and Jeffrey Epstein. Consider how Classical theories apply to them and summarize how it fits (or doesn't) with their alleged criminal behavior.
4. In the chapter there's a presentation about the "excitement of crime" and this is a major component of Biological theory and genetics. Explain how genetics and the "excitement of crime" factor correlate AND how sterilization of criminals was thought to be an answer to that problem.
5. While genetics and sterilization were the "old ways" of thinking about criminal responsibility, the new model revolves around Neuroscience and how brain function contributes to criminal behavior and responsibility. Answer these two questions: Can neuroscience revolutionize criminal responsibility? and what happens to the criminal justice system if we create "a world of criminal justice in which there is no blame, only prior causes" ?
