Create a fictitious business and apply at least six of the unit concepts (i.e., contracts, agency, product liability, employment law, real estate and ethics) to your business. (For Example: Your business is a temp agency and you hire employees to fill jobs for other companies on a temporary basis. What type of contract would you have with the employee? What employment laws and or issues may apply? How would you be proactive to avoid legal issues?)
