1. Create a list of all the resources and associated costs, including those that are free or "in-kind" for a Diabetes Prevention program. The target budget is $50,000 or less for a year long program.
   • Make sure to provide sources of costs in budget narrative
   • Include revenue in the budget only if it is expected.
