create a Management Portfolio RUBRIC Purpose: The purpose of this assessment is to assess the teacher candidate's (TC's) ability to implement and evaluate classroom management strategies across three domains: classroom climate, planning and instruction, and rules, procedures, and discipline. Administration: The TC will identify 3 strategies to implement (one per domain) and receive feedback on each. The TC will implement each strategy and then evaluate and reflect on its impact on students. The classroom management instructor will evaluate the portfolio.
