Create a new webpage called "activity3.html". This new page must include the following:

• Use a HEX notation to change the background color of text.
• Must include at least two URLs, 'link1' and 'link2'.
• Must include a HEAD element, title, 'Activity 3'.
• Must open all URLs on a new page.
• Must use a style tag that changes the background to a color or image.
• Muse use at least one ID selector.
• Must use at least one class selector.
• Must follow XHTML standards reviewed in Module 03.
• Must include CSS comments.
