Create a PowerPoint presentation suitable for live delivery to peers and seniors in an agency. Your audience includes both technology and regular managers. Your slides must be appropriate for live deliverymeaning very few words, large fonts, images, and tables that support your important points. You are required to provide 150 to 200 words of formal notes in the notes section that is separate and below each content slide within PowerPoint. Do not provide a cover page or APA title page. Do provide a presentation-style title page, content listing or objectives slide, and then all of your content slides. After your closing slide, provide your references using 12-point fonts in APA format. All images and tables must identify the source, and citations must be included in the notes section below your slides.

Part 1: Plan a Successful C&A Project: Overview (5 Points)

Provide at least five content slides that illustrate a logical progression through C&A, guided by your project plan. Review your learning within the course for this week by integrating the planning portion of your textbook with at least three additional sources drawn from your course or the NCU Library.

Part 2: Plan a Successful C&A Project: Scope Including Cloud Computing (5 Points)

Add at least five content slides that expand on the overview portion to emphasize the importance of proper scope, namely the system inventory process. At least one slide should provide a sample template relating to the system inventory. Your content should be persuasive, aiming to gain the support of other technologists and the general administrative managers within your organization. Use no fewer than five quality sources to support your work.
