Create a profile of a leader within your organization or within the broader field of Accountancy. This leader can be someone in the public view or someone that the candidate knows personally. The leader should have direct reports and manage a budget to qualify for this profile project. You will assess the leader in the context of leadership pillars and/or theory to apply to this individual
