I am an office administrator for the Chief of Police in the VA. I am currently doing more day-to-day work than previously thought. This, however, is by choice. I have been assisting with other projects in the VA. This is something that I enjoy doing to make our facility better for our Veterans and our Staff. I have also taken additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma white and yellow belt in order to help around the VA. I would not redesign my current PD to enhance productivity. My current one is very accurate. I do find value in my PD. It has a very clear outline of my job description and duties. Some of the tasks are not daily, however everything is in the current PD. My current position is clearly outlined in my PD. I am very satisfied with the duties that are in my current PD. I would not change anything. If I had to add something I would add that there are many opportunities to educate
