Create a SOP: - Grievance/Occurrence Review Mtg: o RMs with grievances/occurrences on deck will join the standing call to review the circumstances that occurred giving rise to the report. o RMs that do not have pending dismissal requests do not need to join the standing call. - EventReporting@ recipients will ask clarifying questions to understand circumstances surround event that led to report and gauge need for corrective and/or remedial action. Recommendations will be made as appropriate
