create a team contract

• Each team member's name and contact information.
• Ground rules set by your team regarding preparation for and attendance at team meetings, frequency and duration of meetings, and communication (virtual or in-person). If virtual, include the meeting link so your instructor may pop into the meeting if they wish.
• The contract should focus on behaviors expected of all team members and should only include those that are crucial to the team's effectiveness. Teams should aim for 5-7 ground rules.
• Assignment of specific tasks, roles, and responsibilities along with due dates.
• The team can itemize the tasks for the project and provide a space for each team member to sign up for that task.
• Outline the specific process for dealing with unmet expectations or other problems that might arise.
• An agreed-upon method for peer feedback during the project to address problems before the project ends.
• A place for each team member to sign, indicating their agreement to the contract.
