Create a web based database driven web application and host it in a free webhost. Important Instructions: 1. You can work on this project individually or as a team of a maximum 2 students only. 2. Use MYSQL Database and should be hosted in web. 4. Minimum three tables required 5. Students should find free web hosting services to host, build and manage their web sites / services 6. Front end tools shall be HTML, XML, JSON, Ajax and JQuery. Project should implement 3 major functionalities 7. Add validations wherever needed. (minimum three) 8. Create a project report consisting of > Objectives. Statement of work. Design & Methodology- Sample code. Conclusion 9. You must present your project. 10. Deduction in marks for following reasons. 2 marks if you do NOT apply the coding conventions 1 mark for failing to accomplish each given / agreed objective. 1 mark for each day after the due date, the weekend is not counted. (Late submission of your work) The Description of key tasks: Key activities / Tasks Achievement of (basic) objectives # 1 2 Coding convention 3 Rich user interfaces Hosting Description For ex: If the application is Hospital management system and if they intend to achieve 3 objectives such as Appointment, consultation and billing, then these 3 should be addressed in the project Following a professional coder's convention, discipline, naming rules in coding Interfaces should be easy for the user, gives a rich feeling to use, with pleasing colours and aesthetic designs Programs and database - should be created and hosted in the free host If not all, atleast, to the agreed percentage, the validation is added to the application The expertise in using the tools in order to make the application appealing and attractive. Does it have a "feel good" factor Functionally the modules are active and working in sync with each other. Content and class - Does the report contain sufficient information that clarifies even the finer details. Impressive performance - Can they sell the idea?
