create floor plan/design of a literacy centre at a childcare centre. What might it look like for you? Refer to Chapter 10: developing literacy centers of the Creating Environments for Learning textbook and/or Chapter 16: developing a literacy environment of the Experiences in Language Arts textbook for information on what you could possibly include in the floor plan.

Describe the elements/areas of the literacy centre (writing, reading, there are more to add!) and include:

1) How does this area promote language and/or literacy?

2) What will the children do in the area to increase their language and literacy skills? (What activities will be available for the children to gain these skills?)

Please refer to those two chapters and use ideas from the books. At least one of the ebooks should be used for this assignment if you are getting ideas from sources. Be sure to reference them in APA format.
