1. Create one detailed scenario where probable causeclearly existsand one where itclearly does not. There should be no "wiggle room" with probable cause in either scenario.
2. Clearly state the facts that constitute probable cause to search and/or to obtain a search warrant in the first scenario and those that explain why probable cause does not exist in the other.
3. Cite at least one court decision for each scenario that addresses the issue of probable cause and explain how that decision is relevant to your scenario.
