Mural for elementary school $($school to be announced$)$ to symbolize growth. This mural in which I came up with the idea is inside of an elementary school is suppose to symbolize growth for the youth and encourage them to come to class not only for the grades or to get it over with, but to show them that they can be whatever they want to be through hard work and dedication. Depending on there dreams they can achieve anything and the mural will be a painting of successful entrepenurs that too have been where they are and this will encourage the students to see where they too can go in this life.

On the broader organizational structure and operations this mural will allow a lot. For, example the anticipated effects for the positive side is that when you look at the piece, not only is it visually appealing, but you can feel a connection to the piece as each person looking at it will take a different situation they have gone through and compare it to what$$s at hand. They can start a nation$-$wide movement whilst giving a voice to the community. Furthermore, many people can resonate for years to come. The negative side of the project could be what if it starts turmoil or people look at it so deeply that they mis the message that is trying to be conveyed? What if they think the choice of people should have been different for a variety of resosns $?$ what if they think it isn$$t as easy to understand without the title or isn$$t aporpriate for the age group as they can over look it at such a young age? The creation of this piece can heal rifts that may arise. This piece is to add to the community through a beautiful visual enhancement through challenging perspectives, reflect on cultural values and inspire that of much change through the representation of this community and how it is to be executed.
