Company Description 4UREV will be one of the few companies in the United States to bridge a major public charging infrastructure gap that currently exists for consumers adopting EV's. With a world class app, consumers will have the capability to request a mobile charge to get to their immediate destination. 4UREV will remove the uncertainty for consumers adopting EV's with predictable outcomes. The EV market as a whole is just beginning to evolve. The future is very bright with a lot of automobile manufacturers making a foray into this segment. More makes and models coupled with advances in battery technology are going to provide more buying options for consumers. The collective projected market opportunity between now and 2050 is $46 Trillion. These growth projections essentially mean that there is room for a lot of players like 4UREV to cater to a lot of different areas within the EV ecosystem. The growth of EV's will be organic as costs come down and adoption becomes mainstream with support from the government. There is also a federal target of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 Our business strategy will entail building our own fleet to begin with followed by extending the brand to entities looking for a franchise opportunity. Payment options will let consumers pay a flat fee for a one time charge or be part of a subscription based model where consumers can save from a cost perspective and also build a bank of charging miles that will earn them promotional perks. We also plan on typing up with Ev manufacturers to provide their consumers with on-demand charging. There are only a handful of players in the mobile charging space in the US. We will evolve as the EV market matures over time. Our primary goal is to first cater to the US market predominantly in the state of California and then eventually branch out to other states based on adoption and eventually globally based on economic indicators and ease of operation. The EV segment is not just limited to passenger vehicles but also extends to commercial vehicles like trucks, public transportation apparatus and two wheelers. We also plan to enter these segments over time. Executive Summary THE PROBLEM Statistics show that the EV market is growing rapidly and sales are doubling every year. The prediction is, there are going to be in the excess of 300 to 400 million electric vehicles on the road by 2040. This projected growth will definitely present a significant challenge tied to complex charging infrastructure setup and services. Currently the US is trailing behind China in EV sales. A major concern that exists for every EV owner in the US is uneven distribution of charging stations across the 50 states. Consumers are also always worried about: Not every EV model has the ability to leverage Level 3 public charging capability based on the manufacturer and nonfunctional / broken public chargers. 4UREV plans to tackle one major problem tied to range anxiety. Our goal is to ensure that every EV consumer will make it to their destination without having to worry about being stranded thereby bridging the current gap of uneven distribution of public chargers. Our target launch market is the state of California and the age group are Millennials. This market will be very viable for 4UREV as California plans to ban sales of new gas cars by 2035, requiring all vehicles to be electric or hydrogen powered. California is also the largest auto market in the US. The diversity, wealth, openness and tolerance also makes California an ideal market for our proposed venture.
